Hard Style

This path is for those who are interested, drawn to, or naturally excel at using forceful power/tension to make their techniques effective. The Hard Style Path is based on Isshinryu Karate hand and weapons kata. This path has distinct emphasis on crescent stepping, vertical fist punching and a focus on traditional Okinawan weapons – bo, sai, kama, and nunchaku.
